"I was fortunate to grow up in the plumbing and heating industry. My father, Milton Burke, founded Burke & Sons Plumbing & Heating in Groveland, Massachusetts, in 1984, and from a young age I was immersed in the family business. While I never attended a traditional business school, I often joke that I graduated from "J&M University," learning firsthand from my parents, Judy and Milton Burke. Their hard work, integrity, and dedication to customers taught me the fundamentals of both the trades and running a successful business.

On April 1, 2000, I took a leap of faith and founded Powerhouse Plumbing & Heating Corp. What began as a small operation has grown into a respected company built on quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Family has always been at the center of everything I do. My wife, Leslie, and I have built a blended family together and are proud parents of four sons and one daughter. The trades continue to run deep in our family, with all four of our sons pursuing careers in plumbing and HVAC. Our daughter recently graduated from high school and is following her own entrepreneurial path as she works toward building a successful career in the salon industry.

Today, I remain passionate about serving our customers, supporting our employees, and helping the next generation of skilled tradespeople succeed. The values I learned growing up in a family business — hard work, integrity, accountability, and dedication to customer service — continue to guide Powerhouse Plumbing & Heating Corp. every day."
